Fernando P Henríquez is a partner at Seibel Henríquez, based in Santo Domingo. With over 30 years of uninterrupted practice, he advises clients on real estate transactions, project finance, corporate structuring and complex dispute resolution across civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional matters. Fernando has represented developers, financial institutions and private investors in some of the country’s most significant real estate and infrastructure transactions, including the financing of major tourism projects and commercial developments. He regularly works alongside leading US, European and Latin American law firms on cross-border matters, and has acted as arbitrator at the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce.[
