About Charlotte Loomans

Charlotte Loomans is an associate in Bennink Dunin-Wasowicz’s Amsterdam office, advising Dutch and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on international trade compliance, sanctions and export control. She helps clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks, including sanctions regimes and export/import controls, and advises on structuring commercial relationships, managing regulatory risk and cross-border transactions, while aligning corporate strategy with evolving legal obligations. Charlotte holds a law degree from the University of Amsterdam and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2022, having previously gained experience at a renowned independent Dutch law firm. She combines rigorous legal analysis with a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.
