About Siqi Zhao

Siqi Zhao is a legal associate in the Amsterdam office of Bennink Dunin-Wasowicz, holding a PhD in law from KU Leuven in Belgium and specialising in international trade law, economic sanctions and export controls. Her doctoral research centred on international trade law, WTO law, free trade agreements, and EU and China trade laws and policies. She focuses on advising clients in high‑tech and strategic sectors on regulatory compliance and risk evaluation. Siqi contributes to the firm’s thought leadership in emerging trade compliance issues.
