About Michela Bani

Michela Bani is the co-founder of NIUS and assists multinational and domestic companies in all matters relating to labour law and HR management. Within companies, Michela works alongside HR directors, management and owners, guiding them operationally both in strategic choices impacting on work organisation and in day-to-day issues involving HR. She works with international clients, advising them in connection with major restructuring projects, as well as with multinationals with Italian roots. Since 2023, Michela has been a member of the Milan Bar Association’s Labour Law Commission. She is also an active member of the Italian Labour Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association.
