About Edward Tang

Edward Tang is specialised in regulatory matters, particularly cases involving alleged breaches of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and the Listing Rules. His regulatory practice extends into white-collar crime, including representing senior executives and listed companies in high-profile criminal trials and appeals. Notably, he acted for the former CEO of Convoy Global Holdings in proceedings arising from joint investigations by the Securities and Futures Commission and the ICAC, both at trial and on appeal. Edward is regularly instructed by listed companies, directors and market participants facing regulatory investigations by the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2011.
