About Philippa Grumbley

Philippa Grumbley holds a BA from Emory University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego. She joined The Coopersmith Law Firm, LLP, in 2016 and became a partner in 2023. She has experience in a wide variety of general business litigation matters and employment matters, including claims involving corporate and partnership disputes, securities fraud, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, contractual disputes and other business-related torts. Ms Grumbley also assists the firm’s art law clients in business, employment and art-specific matters. She is a member of the Welsh Inn of Court, the San Diego Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
