About Edoardo Vassallo

Edoardo Vassallo assists Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration, and in mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings. He has nearly 30 years’ experience in the areas of corporate and contract law, with a special focus on domestic and cross-border litigation (both in arbitration and before the ordinary courts) arising from the sale and purchase of shareholdings and breaches of shareholders’ agreements, procurement and EPC contracts, and international contracts for the sale of industrial assets and plants. Edoardo has been appointed as an arbitrator in national and international ad hoc and administered arbitration proceedings (International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration).
