About Lado Rapava

Lado Rapava is an associate partner in the legal department of LTA, with a primary focus on litigation and dispute resolution. He advises clients on complex civil and administrative matters, including business/corporate, family and intellectual property disputes. Before joining LTA in 2019, Lado gained experience at Gabunia & Partners, where he developed strong expertise in courtroom advocacy and strategic negotiations. He represents clients before courts, arbitration tribunals and the Constitutional Court of Georgia, and regularly oversees enforcement proceedings. Lado is valued for his structured litigation strategy, procedural precision and ability to manage high-stakes commercial disputes.
