About Mery Togonidze

Mery Togonidze is an associate partner in the legal department of LTA, practising there since 2019. With more than 15 years of professional experience across both public and private sectors, she advises clients on corporate, labour, contract and real estate matters. Her background includes work in the banking and oil and gas industries, notably within the legal team of the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, where she supported major pipeline projects, construction permitting, resettlement and environmental compliance. A member of the Georgian Bar Association, Mery represents clients in court proceedings involving property, contractual, immigration and inheritance disputes. She regularly assists businesses with licensing, regulatory compliance and operational risk management in Georgia.
