About Nadja Fischer

Nadja Fischer is a lawyer specialising in art law and entertainment law, with a particular flair for foundation law and inheritance law. She also practises media law. Nadja Fischer knows the art, entertainment and media world not only from a legal perspective, but also from the inside. She worked for many years as a radio journalist at Swiss Public Radio, including as a cultural correspondent in Italy and as an author of radio features. Nadja Fischer particularly enjoys communicating with her clients and is able to convey complex contexts convincingly, which benefits her especially in litigation. Nadja Fischer is a lecturer in the post-graduate course "Law and Art" at the University of Zurich’s European Institute. Nadja Fischer provides both advisory and litigation services and is authorised to represent parties before all Swiss courts.
