About Greg Pilarowski

Greg Pilarowski founded Pillar Legal in 2008. He has served as a corporate associate in the New York, Hong Kong, and Beijing offices of a leading Wall Street law firm, and as the general counsel for Shanda Games, one of China’s leading internet companies. He has experience in structuring and negotiating domestic and cross-border transactions and representing interactive entertainment companies in a wide range of corporate transactional matters. Greg graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar and the California Bar. He is fluent in Mandarin and has extensive experience with the internet and finance industries, as well as China’s legal environment.
