About Andrew Chua

Andrew Chua is an experienced and respected counsel with an extensive criminal defence practice, including commercial, financial and business crime, money laundering, fraud and corruption, drug offences, physical and violent crimes and capital/death penalty offences. He advises and represents individuals and companies on internal investigations, employee misconduct and asset recovery. Andrew was also a member of several of the standing committees of the Law Society of Singapore, including the Criminal Practice Committee and the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme Committee. In 2023, Andrew was also appointed by the Ministry of Law to the Means Test Panel for Civil Legal Aid and Criminal Defence Aid.
