About Andrew Chua

Andrew Chua is an experienced and respected counsel. He has an extensive criminal defence practice, which spans a wide spectrum of matters, including commercial, financial and business crime, money laundering, fraud and corruption, drug offences, physical and violent crimes and even capital/death penalty offences. Andrew also regularly advises and represents individuals and companies in relation to internal investigations, employee misconduct and asset recovery. Andrew was formerly a member of several departments of the Law Society of Singapore. In 2023, Andrew was also appointed by the Ministry of Law to the Means Test Panel for Civil Legal Aid and Criminal Defence Aid.
