About Andrew Chua

Andrew Chua is a senior associate in the dispute resolution practice of Drew & Napier. His main areas of practice include criminal defence work in all levels of the Singapore courts, white-collar and corporate investigations, as well as commercial litigation. Andrew regularly advises and represents individuals and entities on matters involving corruption, fraud, money laundering, and other financial/stock market-related offences. His criminal practice extends to a wide gamut of other criminal matters including capital/death penalty offences, drug offences, and violent crimes. He is also a council member of the Law Society of Singapore and sits on various committees such as the Criminal Law Practice Committee.
