About Andrew Chua

Andrew Chua is an experienced and respected counsel with a broad criminal defence practice covering commercial, financial and business crime, money laundering, fraud, corruption, drug offences, violent crime, and capital cases. He also advises and represents individuals and companies in internal investigations, employee misconduct, and asset recovery matters. Andrew previously served on the Council of the Law Society of Singapore and on key committees, including the Criminal Practice Committee and the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme Committee. In 2023, he was appointed by the Ministry of Law to the Means Test Panel for Civil Legal Aid and Criminal Defence Aid.
