He advises developers, homeowners, subcontractors and multinational energy and infrastructure players on complex defect, delay and payment claims, including Security of Payment adjudications and high-value arbitrations. He has acted in disputes involving power plants and major infrastructure projects, and regularly appears as lead counsel in the Singapore Courts and in international arbitration.
