About Kelvin Teo

Kelvin Teo specialises in resolving complex infrastructure, energy and resource disputes, and is recognised for his ability to distil highly technical issues into easy-to-understand arguments. He brings global best practice drawn from years of acting on mega-project disputes. His practice covers renewables (including wind, solar, hydro and geothermal power), conventional and nuclear power, and civil projects (from data centres, hospitals and hotels, to mines, railways, expressways and even giant Ferris wheels). Kelvin conducts his own advocacy across the full range of dispute resolution mechanisms, from arbitration to satellite litigation. He is also an arbitrator, and a thought leader in construction and arbitration.
