Lim Chong Kin
heads the Competition, Consumer & Regulatory, as well as Technology, Media and Telecommunications practices. Chong Kin has played a key role in the development of sectoral competition regulation in Singapore. Since 1999, he has routinely advised the sectoral competition regulators on liberalisation, market access, licensing, competition regulation, merger reviews and enforcement issues, including successfully defending the regulators in various Ministerial appeals. Chong Kin is a member of the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Pacific Telecommunications Council and the American Bar Association. He has co-authored the Singapore chapter on subjects such as cartels and merger control for a number of legal guides.
