About Davide Massiglia

Davide Massiglia is a counsel at ADVANT Nctm Studio Legale, and works primarily on investment funds, international taxation, corporate income taxation, M&A, Italian and international tax planning for high net worth individuals and taxation of real estate investments. He regularly advises managers and investors on fund formation and structuring, carried interest and transaction structuring, including financings. He graduated cum laude from Genoa University, and is a member of the International Fiscal Association. He serves as a member of the board of directors and as statutory auditor of Italian AIFs and financial intermediaries. He co-authored the chapter on “Fund structuring in Italy” in “Global Tax Considerations in Private Fund Formation” (Private Equity International, 2016).
