About Ang Tze Phern

Ang Tze Phern is a partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore’s specialised employment practice. His practice covers all aspects of employment-related disputes, union negotiations and contentious employment advisory matters. He regularly advises and/or acts for local and international institutions in the Employment Claims Tribunal, state courts and High Court in employment-related litigation, such as the enforcement and resisting of restrictive covenants, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, remuneration disputes and workplace fairness and discrimination claims. He also advises on employment-related regulatory investigations and sanctions. He is currently representing one of Asia’s largest platform companies in negotiations with the Singapore government and trade unions.
