About Peibing Qi

Peibing Qi is a partner in Fangda’s dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration, including complex lawsuits involving finance, construction and real estate, corporate and equity, commercial contracts and torts. Before joining Fangda Partners in 2017, Dr Qi worked in the Chinese court system for 18 years, holding positions such as deputy director, division chief and member of the judicial committee. He is also an experienced litigator who has represented major multinational companies and renowned Chinese companies in complex disputes. In addition, he serves as an arbitrator for advanced Chinese arbitration institutions, including CIETAC, BAC and SCIA.
