Alejandro Mosqueda Pérez
is an associate at Ritch Mueller and has experience advising sovereigns in the regulatory analysis, negotiation, and legal implementation of financial transactions such as derivatives, securities lending and repo in international markets. Additionally, he has provided advice in the drafting and implementation of national regulation related to central banking operations, payment systems and market infrastructure in Mexico. Alejandro advised on the relationship of Mexico with international financial organisms such as the IMF and the BIS and assisted the negotiators of free trade agreements such as the Mexico–European Union Free Trade Agreement and the Pacific Alliance in the Financial Services and State-Owned Enterprises chapters.
