Pablo Perezalonso Eguía of Ritch Mueller has more than 30 years of experience advising on international banking and securities transactions, banking regulation and derivative financial transactions, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, as well as data protection and fintech regulatory matters. He has advised Mexican and foreign financial institutions on both debt and equity issues through complex instruments including structured notes, warrants, tracs and capital notes. He has also participated in structuring and restructuring secured and unsecured credit facilities for Mexican private and public sector borrowers.
