About Merve Kurdak

Merve Kurdak is counsel at Paksoy and advises on a broad range of fintech matters, with a focus on the legal framework for payment services and systems, e-money service providers, e-wallet services, blockchain and crypto-asset related issues, including crypto platforms and digital banks. She also works on financing transactions, including ECA-backed loans, syndicated loans and various forms of secured financing. In addition, she has experience in capital markets transactions, acting for issuers and international underwriters of equity, debt and equity-linked instruments on international public offerings and private placements.
