About Emely Ramírez

Emely Ramírez is an associate in the Real Estate and Tourism department who joined Ulises Cabrera in 2021. She focuses her practice on real estate transactions, contractual and corporate law, with experience advising clients on property acquisitions, project development, lease agreements and real estate due diligence. Emely also provides legal support on matters related to tourism developments and regulatory compliance, assisting both national and international clients in navigating complex legal frameworks. She is a member of the Dominican Bar Association and participates in industry initiatives promoting sustainable real estate practices.
