About Maricell Silvestre

Maricell Silvestre is a senior associate in the Business, Corporate and Compliance department who joined Ulises Cabrera in 2022. Her practice focuses on corporate and business law, with expertise in corporate structures, offshore corporate vehicles and company reorganisations (including adaptation, transformation, dissolution, mergers and acquisitions), as well as the incorporation and operational planning of both domestic and foreign entities. Maricell also advises on contracts, corporate governance, legal audits, business structures, family businesses, patrimonial organisation, real estate law and regulated sectors. She is a member of the Dominican Bar Association and actively engages in corporate law forums.
