Mónica Villafaña is a partner Ulises Cabrera and head of the Business, Corporate and Compliance practice, with over 19 years of experience in business law. She advises major national, multinational and international companies on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, agency and distribution, free zones, tax advisory, call centre and BPO operations, mining, franchising, energy, competition law, M&A, international trade, foreign investment, administrative law, public procurement and non-profit organisations.
