Ryosaku formerly served at the Permanent Mission of Japan to the International Organizations in Geneva (handling international trade dispute resolutions) and the International Economic Dispute Resolution Office, International Trade Division, Economic Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
