About Julia Beskin

Julia Beskin is a partner in Schulte Roth & Zabel’s litigation group and a member of the firm’s special situations and real estate litigation groups. Julia is a corporate and commercial litigator with extensive experience with disputes in M&A, corporate governance, alternative entities, shareholders and federal securities laws, and with litigating in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including disputes related to limited partnerships and limited liability companies, breach of fiduciary duties, demand for corporate books and records, dissolution and winding-up. She is an experienced trial lawyer, trying cases in state and federal courts and arbitrations including, as first chair, an arbitration where she secured total victory in defeating a USD100 million counterclaim.
