Alexander Appel is a partner at Schurti Partners Attorneys at Law Ltd and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of banking and finance transactions as well as corporate law. His practice focuses particularly on cross-border corporate transactions, often with a regulatory element and complex finance transactions.
