About Hemma Kohlfürst

Hemma Kohlfürst is an attorney-at-law at Schurti Partners, where she focuses on corporate law, advising private clients in estate planning and asset protection, as well as white-collar crime. Before joining the firm in 2022, she studied Business Law in Vienna, Austria, where she started to specialise in the fields of corporate/M&A and contract law. She has also gained relevant practical experience in the areas of corporate and competition law, and international M&A transactions, in some of the largest law firms in Austria.
