About Hemma Kohlfürst

Hemma Kohlfürst is a junior associate at Schurti Partners, where she focuses on corporate law and white-collar crime. Before joining the firm in 2022, she studied Business Law in Vienna, Austria, where she started to specialise in the fields of corporate/M&A and contract law. She has also gained relevant practical experience in the areas of corporate and competition law, and international M&A transactions, in some of the largest law firms in Austria. Hemma is currently working on her doctoral thesis.
