About Agnieszka Fedor

Agnieszka Fedor heads SK&S’ labour law practice, possessing unique experience in representing employers in negotiations with trade unions and in collective disputes. She advises employers from various industries and economic sectors on complex restructuring projects, including transferring an enterprise to a new employer, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and social packages, employment restructuring and collective redundancies. Agnieszka is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the IBA employment and diversity group, and a co-founder of the Labour Law Association (SPP). In 2022, she was listed among the top-25 female lawyers in business by Forbes Women. She is also chairwoman of LiderShe, an influential association of women in business.
