About Dr Marcin Olechowski

Dr Marcin Olechowski leads the SK&S financial services practice. With over 25 years of practice, he advises clients on complex bank and financial regulatory matters, including financial sector M&A, and represents them in proceedings in front of the Polish financial markets regulator. He also acts for lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including large acquisition finance mandates. Marcin combines his professional career with academic work, and regularly lectures and publishes on issues of banking, civil and commercial law, as well as international arbitration.
