About Carsten van de Sande

Carsten van de Sande is a partner in Hengeler Mueller’s Dispute Resolution team in London. He represents companies in complex international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, as well as in German courts. His practice focuses on post-M&A disputes and high-tech sector disputes, as well as product liability and warranty cases. Serving as legal counsel, Carsten has litigated numerous arbitration proceedings under the rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), the ICC, the Swiss chambers of commerce and other leading institutions. He also regularly serves as an arbitrator and is a member of the firm’s India desk.
