Johanna Wirth is a partner in Hengeler Mueller’s Dispute Resolution team in Berlin. She represents corporate clients in both domestic and international arbitration and litigation. Her practice focuses on technology and post-M&A disputes, serving clients in the automotive, energy, and financial sectors. She has extensive experience in large-scale international arbitrations and currently handles mass claims proceedings, cum-ex matters, and energy-related disputes. She also advises on compliance issues and cross-border investigations. Johanna is a board member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and regularly serves as an arbitrator.
