Dan Bjerg Geary is a partner at Bech-Bruun and specialises in technical intellectual property law and complex commercial contracts. Dan is one of Denmark’s top franchise lawyers and a long-standing member of the executive committee of the association Franchise Danmark. He has worked systematically with franchising and distribution for more than a decade, and renders advice to several leading franchise chains in Denmark.
