About Christian Reusch

Christian Reusch is a partner in Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s dispute resolution team in Oslo. Previously, Christian was a leading lawyer with the Office of the Attorney General. His areas of responsibility included civil procedures, the laws relating to compulsory acquisition, pollution/environment, law of torts, constitutional law and human rights. Christian has extensive experience appearing before the district courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court. He has appeared in approximately 25 appeals before the Supreme Court (in panels, the Grand Chamber or plenary sessions) as legal counsel or as a legal assistant.
