About Anette Fjeld

Anette Fjeld is a partner in Simonsen Vogt Wiig's dispute resolution team. She specialises in dispute resolution, with particular expertise in insurance and tort litigation, as well as tax and VAT litigation. Anette has wide experience in litigation before the district courts, the courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Norway and the supranational EFTA Court. She was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2019 and has litigated both insurance law cases and tax law/tax treaty cases before this court. She has also served as a judge for six years and is now appointed as external judicial mediator to Borgarting Court of Appeal and the district courts in its jurisdiction.
