Heiko Schiwek is a partner in Linklaters’ M&A group in New York, and is one of the Global Leaders of the firm’s Chemicals sector. Heiko has extensive and diverse M&A experience ranging from public company acquisitions to complex carve-out sales, strategic investments and joint venture transactions, and represents many of the largest US and non-US corporate clients. Heiko is known for working on some of the most complex deals, particularly in the chemicals and industrials space.
