About Sidonie Morvan

Sidonie Morvan has advised national and international clients on Swiss real estate and construction law matters for decades. She founded her own real estate law firm in 2013, later joining CMS von Erlach Partners in 2021. Her practice covers the entire life cycle of real estate assets, including hotels and leisure properties, with a focus on complex real estate matters, sales and leasing transactions, project development and litigation. She is a former judge at the lease court and a current member of the State of Geneva’s historic monuments and heritage preservation commission. She is recognised in the Chambers Europe Guide 2026.
