Ben Jasper
is a partner in Clifford Chance’s litigation and dispute resolution group. Highlights of his experience include acting for Pfizer in its appeals to the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and before the Court of Appeal in the leading unfair pricing case (Flynn Pharma and Pfizer v CMA) as well as overturning the CMA’s decision which had found a cartel in the supply of Prochlorperazine. He also acted for EE in its successful defence of a claim by Phones 4u (in administration) against a number of mobile network operators alleging collusion.
