About Laetitia Cesari

Laetitia Cesari advises on space activities from the perspective of international, European and national law. She works with private companies, international organisations and governmental stakeholders. She is a Doctor of law (University of Luxembourg) and published her dissertation entitled: “Cybersecurity of Space Systems: Legal Aspects” and holds an LLM in Space, Telecommunications and Media Law (University of Luxembourg), as well as a Master’s degree in Transport and Aviation Law (Toulouse 1 Capitole University) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University). She works in French, English and Italian, and combines academic expertise with practical legal advice on complex space-related matters.
