About Brandon H. Stroy

Brandon H. Stroy is a partner in San Francisco and co-leads the firm’s autonomous technology and robotics IP team. An electrical and biomedical engineer by training, Brandon focuses on IP litigation, counselling and diligence, and advises on portfolio management, valuation and licensing. He has significant experience with drones and autonomous vehicles, AI, privacy/data security, semiconductors, software and medical devices, and has represented prominent Silicon Valley companies in district courts, on appeal and before the USPTO. Brandon is a member of the ABA, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the SF Bay Area Inn of Court.
