About Katharina Spenner

Katharina Spenner is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Munich office who specialises in commercial, distribution and antitrust law. She is widely recognised as one of Germany’s leading lawyers in these areas, advising clients on national, European, and international commercial and competition law, with a focus on distribution systems, contract structuring, compliance audits and training. Katharina is local lead for the German offices in Baker McKenzie’s Consumer Goods & Retail Industry Group. She routinely presents at seminars and publishes on commercial and antitrust law issues. She is also co-author of Flohr/Wauschkuhn and the Handbook on Template Distribution Agreements, published by C.H. Beck.
