About Guillaume Nataf

Guillaume Nataf is a partner in the corporate/M&A group at Baker McKenzie Paris. Guillaume is an experienced lawyer in M&A transactions for French and foreign clients, advising on their French and international M&A transactions and on the negotiation of joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements. He generally works in corporate law and group restructurings. Moreover, Guillaume chairs the Paris office’s foreign direct investment (FDI) regulations practice and assists clients in their FDI filings and subsequent exchanges with the French Ministry of Economy to obtain required clearances.
