About Léna Sersiron

Léna Sersiron leads Baker McKenzie Paris’s competition and antitrust practice. With more than 25 years’ experience, Léna has a strong track record of successfully handling sensitive competition cases both at EU and national levels. She has extensive knowledge related to inspections and collection of digital and forensic evidence. Léna advises on a wide range of competition matters, including complex merger control operations. Her areas of expertise also include distribution and contract law. Léna is a regular speaker at law conferences and was elected president of the French Association of Antitrust and Competition Law Lawyers (APDC) in 2021 and re-elected in 2024.
