About Léna Sersiron

Léna Sersiron leads Baker McKenzie Paris’ competition and antitrust practice. With more than 25 years’ experience, Léna has a strong track record of successfully handling sensitive competition cases both at EU and national level. She also has extensive knowledge related to inspections and the collection of digital and forensic evidence. Léna advises on a wide range of competition matters, including complex merger control operations. Her areas of expertise also cover distribution and contract law. Léna regularly speaks at law conferences and was elected president of the French Association of Antitrust and Competition Law Lawyers (APDC) in 2021 and re-elected in 2024.
