About Nino De Lathauwer

Nino De Lathauwer is a counsel in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s dispute resolution group, based in Brussels. He has extensive experience in domestic and international dispute resolution cases. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration, corporate and white-collar investigations. His expertise spans the whole spectrum of dispute resolution, including defence against consumer claims and related regulatory actions. Nino obtained an LLM from the University of Leuven (KUL), an Advanced Master’s in Financial Techniques from the ESSEC Business School and an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School. He is a member of the Brussels Bar.
