Eric is one of the relatively few lawyers in the US who has tried an FCPA case to verdict and succeeded in getting all charges against his client dismissed. Eric previously served in the US Department of Justice as Counsellor to the Attorney General and Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division. Eric spent more than ten years as a prosecutor in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
