Andrea Ng

She has nearly two decades of experience and specialises in both public and private investment funds as well as financial regulatory matters. Apart from listed REITs and private fund formation matters, Andrea also advises on tokenised fund structures and digital assets. She is conversant in English and Mandarin and holds a law degree.
