About Adrien Timmermans

Adrien Timmermans is a counsel in the Luxembourg investment funds practice which he joined in 2014. Adrien specialises in venture capital, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and credit fundraising and ongoing assistance to the fund managers and promoters, as well as acting for investors in respect of their investments (including secondaries) into a variety of asset classes. He also advises on investment fund compliance and regulatory issues (including AIFMD).
