Silke Bernard is the global head of Linklaters’ investment funds practice and the key contact for some of the largest global fund sponsors in the private markets. She covers retail and institutional funds, including private equity, real estate, private credit and other alternative funds and investment management arrangements. Silke advises predominantly on the structuring, establishment and regulation of all types of funds and managed accounts and is a trusted advisor to global leading financial sponsors. She is also a recognised name in private wealth solutions. Silke is an active member of various industry bodies (ALFI, LPEA, EFAMA, AIMA), and a member of Linklaters’ Global People Committee and its GenAI Steering Committee.
